Azeus UK was established in 2010 with a remit to specialise in the delivery of our end-to-end IT solutions for social care and health as well as delivering bespoke projects. Our flagship case management solution, AzeusCare, and our mobile meeting application, Azeus Convene, are currently our most popular products. In addition we have supplied bespoke software solutions to the London Borough of Camden and JISC UK. In August 2011, we were selected for a new Government Procurement Services (formerly the Buying Solutions) framework for software solutions and services for local government.
Azeus UK extends Azeus Systems role as an enabling vehicle for public services and private enterprises in the UK to successfully deploy IT to improve delivery of products and services to their customer and user base. As a business centre, Azeus UK is composed of senior project managers and customer relations managers who readily engage customers upfront (no red tape or queues) to personally talk to them – understand their business needs or clarify technical matters.
Azeus UK has steered to success several projects in the UK from developing an online registration and booking systems, a resource management system, to customisation and deployment of our social care case management system to several authorities, as well as jump-starting a number of subscribers in deploying and using Convene, our mobile e-meeting app.
Supporting Azeus UKs software development and technical operations are Azeus Systems offshore development centres, with some 250 highly capable IT professionals.
We focus on providing software application solutions and services to our clients. We have delivered more than 200 e-government solutions or projects for more than 60 public authorities. Our expertise also includes system integration and implementation. We develop, deliver, install, and configure our solutions for our clients, and integrate these solutions with their internal and external systems. We also provide services such as data migration and data conversion for smooth transition to our solutions. We provide user training to all our clients. In one project, we trained some 2,000 social workers to use our social care solution. We also provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services where Azeus personnel operate systems for our clients. Our solutions address national and local government requirements and range from social care and asset management through health screening, construction and utilities management, to police, criminal, justice and legislative solutions. Azeus also undertakes mid-sized transformation projects and business change consultancies using our proven project management approach to deliver high quality but low-cost projects through a mixed onshore-offshore model.
