Children Services

AzeusCare provides a comprehensive recording environment for service delivery in the areas of early intervention, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and children’s social care. Tracing the journey of the child from MASH through assessment to planning, intervention, review and eventual case closure is easy to do. System users can take a family perspective or individual perspective in their recording.

The modular design of the system ensures that the care pathways of child protection, foster care and adoption placements, leaving care and transition to adult services are catered for and that all the statutory data items required by central government are captured. There is also a fully integrated finance suite to calculate payments to approved service providers, children and their families. Integrated modules for foster carer and adopter recruitment, training and approval are included.

The system offers a unique set of features for capturing the views of the child and the family including a public-facing web portal to encourage direct interaction with the case management system. The system also supports recording of Virtual School information with integration potential to key education management systems.

The system is compliant with the requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014 and supports integration with the HSCIC’s Child Protection Information Sharing system (CP-IS).
