In consultation with frontline experts at Bedford Borough Council, we are delighted to release our highly innovative Visual Risk Profile tool. This key piece of functionality provides an immediate view of the levels of risk across a range of risk factors.

Consistent with national guidance, the Risk Profile Tool may be used to visualise the outcomes of multiple and sequential risk assessments, including the Child Sexual Exploitation Risk Assessment or Adult Reablement Assessments.

The tool can be used to graphically compare the baseline risk levels from an initial assessment with the current risk levels from the most recent assessment. This allows workers to gauge the amount of progress for each risk area.
